We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, but we often have same-day availability for urgent requests.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many of our customers provide access instructions and we'll secure your home when finished.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fees.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use eco-friendly products by default.
